Is there a minimum number of shipments required to register with Claisy?

Not at all! We bill you according to your activity at the end of each month. And there are no subscription fees either.
We're here to support you every day.

How is the service billed?

Invoices are issued at the beginning of each month. Payment for the service is collected in the month following the period covered.

Can I insure the postage costs associated with a shipment?

You can insure your shipping costs, provided you declare this amount for coverage when you insure the shipment with us. If you do not include the shipping amount in your initial insurance declaration, it is not covered.

How do I open a dispute?

To open a dispute, log on to your Claisy customer area, then click on "My parcels" and "Open a dispute" on the parcel that has suffered a loss. Follow the instructions and in less than 5 minutes, your claim will be completed. In the event of loss by the carrier, the good news is that you don't have to do a thing.

Do my parcels require special packaging? Are my parcels marked as insured?

Apple never ships in its own name: neither on the outer packaging, nor on the shipping label. On the same principle, that's what we ask of you: to have parcels with no sign of value on the outside of the package. What's more, your parcels are not marked as insured: that's one of the advantages of insuring with us. Your parcels are shipped without any markings indicating that they are insured. This nondescript packaging ensures that your shipments do not attract attention.

When should I take out cover? Before shipping? After shipping?

We advise you to take out insurance before shipment. At the latest, you must take out insurance on the day of delivery to the carrier.
As a general rule, our coverage is applied once a shipping label has been generated and you have the tracking details. If the order is ultimately cancelled by the customer, you have 24 hours to cancel coverage.

Can I send my parcel with any carrier?

Claisy accepts all international carriers as well as national postal services offering a parcel tracking service. However, we strongly advise you to choose a delivery method that guarantees reliable proof of delivery. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.
